Pros

Good location, great coworkers there

Cons

They don't stay true to their core values. They throw you in and expect you to swim and when you drown they fire you. The training structure is very poor, you watch boring videos for the first week and then HR just tosses you off to someone else who doesn't know what they are doing. If management doesn't like you they will find a way to get rid of you. VERY high turnover rate internally and they overwork you. They give you tasks way above your pay grade and expect you to deliver without any knowledge of what success looks like, then you are looked at poorly when you fail. Management is quickly to point fingers and blame the employees but won't take responsibility themselves. Once they hit the ceiling of complexity FORGET IT you won't be getting promoted, you'll probably get fired. Constant fear of losing your job. This company is spinning out of control and I don't see them being around much longer. If you want to keep your job don't worry about working hard just kiss up to management. Even if you are incompetent at your job but they like you your job won't be at stake.

Pros

Was tough to leave as I had liked the position and had no issues with the position itself. "Work hard, play hard" mentality and a fun environment. Learned a lot, was cross-trained in different areas, and felt that my opinions and feedback were valued and heard. Management was very understanding and flexible to life changes, including even letingt me work from Florida for a month when I had gotten covid on vacation. Other co-workers were helpful, supportive, fun and nice. My direct manager (no longer at the company) was an amazing, kind, understanding person and leader, and truly one of my favorite bosses.

Cons

-Smaller company, so not much room for pay growth/advancement in positions. (This was especially relatable to my department as it was only my manager and I) -Organization and structure was lacking at times. -Internal turnover was fairly high. -Sometimes miscommunication from upper level management caused tension or confusion among employees. -Probably would've stayed longer if there were more room for advancement and pay was higher.
