Leadership is largely out of touch. Too many office politics. Non-executive and upper management salaries aren't competitive. High turnover rate. Middle management in Atlanta office is depressingly dead weight and cares very little about subordinates. Benefits are worse than any company's I've ever seen (6 months before vacation or health care kicks in? No thanks.)
