      Pros

      Great management at Birmingham Al Branch. Very good benefits and above fair wages imo, with incentives to earn on sales leads,pm’s ect. They provide what’s needed for you to succeed. Enjoyable work.

      Cons

      Very few cons if any. With the size and growth of this corporation I believe some of the benefits could be better. Example 401k match and health,dental insurance. It’s not bad but could be better and I believe with continued path of growth it will be in time.

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
