Pros

Starting my career here and spending the last 7 years has been a truly valuable experience. As my first company, it gave me the opportunity to learn from the ground up, take on responsibilities early, and grow through real, hands-on challenges.   The work environment encourages ownership, initiative, and continuous learning. You’re not restricted to a fixed role, which helps in gaining broader exposure and building confidence. The team is supportive, and leadership is approachable, making it easier to share ideas and improve.   Like any growing company, there are challenges, but they come with strong learning opportunities that shape your professional journey.   If you want to actually experience a company and understand how things truly work, you need to stay long enough to grow with it.

Cons

No major cons, overall a positive experience

Pros

No pros Only cons of this company

Cons

Fake company culture with toxic management and terrible HR policies. The company spends more effort on trips and activities to show off culture instead of actually fixing the unhealthy work environment. Extreme micromanagement, overtime pressure, and zero work-life balance. “No questions asked” leave policy is just for marketing employees are still forced to give proofs and explanations for leave. Employees can be fired anytime without professionalism, and notice periods are extended based on management’s convenience. Overall, a stressful and insecure workplace with poor leadership and no transparency.

Pros

Nothing apart from trip only

Cons

Very bad work culture with too much micromanagement and unnecessary pressure. Company mostly focuses on showing trips and fun activities outside, but internally the environment is completely different. HR management is very poor and employee concerns are rarely taken seriously. Many policies are not communicated properly, notice periods get extended as per management convenience, and employees are sometimes fired suddenly without prior notice. Even leave approval needs multiple approvals, while the CEO publicly talks about “no reason asked leave policy” on LinkedIn. Managers often force employees to work till midnight, badly affecting work-life balance. Biggest issue is the appraisal policy. If someone leaves before completing 1 appraisal cycle/year after getting appraisal, employees are pressured during FNF to return the appraisal amount. These things should be communicated clearly before joining.
