We would like to clarify that our leave and holiday policies are clearly defined and communicated to employees, and are designed in compliance with applicable regulations. Employees are provided with six public holidays and two floater holidays each year. In cases where a public holiday falls on a weekend, it is not counted toward the holiday quota, ensuring that employees continue to receive all the six holidays.
