If you are about to join this company then pay attention to actual facts: 1. Average Big Data work - only 25% is good. 2. They talk high on Big Data but have nothing of their own specially in data science and big data. 3. Huge dependency on 1 client - Apart from Amex, they have few small clients only, basically its a staffing company. If Amex is gone then employee layoff is next option. 4. Fake HR promises - HRs/Management change policies overnight here. All client based employees were promised to get cab (by HR) which straight away denied later on to save cost. And in place they started copying other Indian companies by giving 6K monthly to commute irrespective of distance and this is only for Gurgaon based employees while all other locations are getting cabs (even for single person basis). 5. No Female security concern - They have such customized cab policies that hardly any Gurgaon based employee can get a cab. Female employees also do not get cab commuting from far.
