At Impossible Marketing, we believe a company's culture flows from the top down — starting with the CEO and management team, extending to our team leaders, senior staff, and ultimately every member of the organisation. An excellent culture and a well-managed, balanced workload do not happen by accident; they are the direct result of deliberate leadership choices and the structure set by our executive team to prioritize work-life balance.
To address the specific concerns raised:
- On workflow disruption: As a digital agency of about 30 people, our CEO actively oversees operations. This hands-on approach is precisely what keeps workflows healthy and ensures the manageable workloads you recognized as a positive.
- On accountability and support: Our core philosophy is that no team member gets abandoned. When client complaints arise, our management team steps in immediately to protect and assist our staff - including handling tough replies, meeting with clients directly, or even parting ways with a client entirely if they are not a good fit.
- On the office atmosphere: Describing the environment as 'incredibly tense' stands in direct contradiction to your feedback that the team is highly collaborative, welcoming to new joiners, and maintains a reasonable workload. These positive traits cannot thrive in a toxic atmosphere.
- On accepting feedback: Decisions regarding company direction involve factors that may not always be visible outside of the core management team. However, we remain committed to open dialogue.
