Great team but unpaid wages and frustrating experience - Care Coordinator In Home Personal Services Employee Review

I have been an employee for almost a year and I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. From the staff at the home office, to the staff that works in facilities, to the staff that works in homes within the community. There has not been one person that I personally have not ran into that was not professional and willing to help. Working in the facility means I have to have alot of communication with the management and higher up employees, once again they are always willing to help and when help is given they strive to make sure that you are understanding what is being given or told to the fullest extent. When communicating with the home office you would think that the response time would be longer then expected, but that is the farthest thing from the truth. I am amazed by how much they have to do for there part of the business but also being there willing to help at any point in time with whatever it is that is needed.

I cant think of any cons when it comes to this business.
