      Pros

      The other employees. That’s all.

      Cons

      No paychecks. Insurance gets cancelled, bills don’t get paid to vendors and the services get turned off. I would stay unemployed before working here. The owner is one of the worst person you will ever meet. Payday was yesterday and no one can cash their checks.

      First of all, I'm sincerely sorry you feel this way. At IHPS, we work hard to create an environment where our employees enjoy their work. With our comprehensive bonus program, free wellness programs, a large PTO package (you'll always have your birthday off!) and free lunches daily, and more, we do our best to take care of our staff. There was an issue with paychecks last Friday, in which we sent out an email addressing it quickly to all employees, as we always strive to do, and asked everyone to let us know immediately if there's an issue with anything - paychecks or otherwise, so we could take care of it immediately. It was addressed and resolved quickly by our bank. We also have internal feedback processes at the corporate office to encourage open and honest conversations. Again, we appreciate the feedback and are sorry about the paycheck issue, but do hope you'll continue to be a valuable member of the team.

      There are no pros about working for this company.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't care about anybody but themselves. I poured my heart into this job, and they did nothing to protect me.

      Our goal is first and foremost the well being, safety and livelihood of the vulnerable senior citizens under our care. Of course we value our employees, but they too understand that our collective priority is the welfare of the client. We do not see them as "contracts" (because we don't have those) we see them as valued individuals who trusted us with their care. If you worked here and missed the mission of the brand, then that explains it.

      What employee has not been paid? We are unaware of anyone owed anything from us? If these were true issues as you say why work here 3-4 years? We see you are in Glasgow, Scotland. You clearly reviewed the wrong company as we are US based with only US based employees.
