5yOur goal is first and foremost the well being, safety and livelihood of the vulnerable senior citizens under our care. Of course we value our employees, but they too understand that our collective priority is the welfare of the client. We do not see them as "contracts" (because we don't have those) we see them as valued individuals who trusted us with their care. If you worked here and missed the mission of the brand, then that explains it.
