Pros
Most of the staff is fairly friendly You can get 50% off An appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert at all Scarpa restaurant concepts locations if you work for the BA location.
Cons
There is no kitchen manager keeping up with inventory so lots of times they would run out of usable product and would have to resort to serving unripe/overripe food. Head management seems inexperienced and has little people skills. There is no real teamwork involved on the line, each chef grabs their own tickets in the order they come on a spindal. Most of the servers have limited knowledge of the menu and will misinform customers as a result of that. There is also a shortage of back of the house employees so most of the time they don't have enough people on the clock to handle the amount of business they get so they can avoid paying people overtime.
