Dishonest upper management - Anonymous employee InSite Vision Employee Review

No career growth - upper management in the clinical group was clearly not qualified for their roles and unable to provide guidance. Compensation was more than half what I got bumped up to at my next job - gives you an idea of how underpaid the employees are. I needed to leverage offers from other companies in order to get promoted. After 3 years when I gave my 2 weeks notice, they asked me to leave the next day just so they wouldn't have to pay me my bonus (I was 3 days away from being paid). This unprincipled act made me run away faster. New company paid me enough that I didn't even put up a fight for that measly bonus.
