Good pay, but horrible company and culture - Sales Development Representative Incode Technologies Employee Review

It was a great learning experience! My boss was very chill, very capable and taught me a lot even though he was very busy. I felt challenged but not overworked.

I can't find many cons tbh I was there for only the summer. I guess I can say that at this company you have to be capable and you have to "get it", there's no flying under the radar, you are expected to be good at your job and perform.
