Pros
None worth mentioning beyond the opportunity to realize what kind of organization I don’t want to work for again.
Cons
Working at this company was one of the most mentally draining experiences of my career. Despite my qualifications and experience, I was made to report to a fresher who had joined just a month earlier. This decision was never formally communicated, but it became clear through task assignments and internal dynamics. I was sidelined, not given meaningful work, and whenever I asked for clarity or tried to contribute, I was either ignored or dismissed without explanation. The CEO's leadership style is characterized by silence, manipulation, and blame. Messages often went unanswered, there was no feedback or guidance, and eventually, my access to work tools was revoked. I was told this would be temporary, but the access was never restored. False rumors were even spread, including one claiming that I had asked for a paid subscription, which I did not. This pattern of gaslighting and passive-aggressive control created a psychologically harmful environment. It truly felt as if employees were being pushed to resign voluntarily by being consistently ignored, humiliated, or disrespected. The constant lack of communication and subtle power plays significantly affected my mental health and sense of self-worth. When I eventually resigned, solely because I had secured a better job, the CEO did not ask a single question. The exit meeting lasted less than a minute. Later, I was told that he claimed I never gave a reason for leaving, which is completely false, as he simply never asked.
