Some improvements in processes and work-life balance would enhance the experience.

I would give this company zero stars if Glassdoor allowed it. If you want no work‑life balance and no social life, this is the place. Work is expected day and night, often stretching into weekends. The environment is toxic, mentally exhausting, and physically draining. No matter how much you work, it is never enough. The more you try to prove yourself, the more work is pushed onto you. Employees are sometimes called into conference rooms for harsh scoldings sometimes infront of the team, sometimes like half the office could hear you that would feel far from professional feedback. HR changes frequently. Hard work is rarely appreciated. Instead you hear statements like: "Everyone works hard here and does overtime. What do you bring to the company?" Intern pay is around ₹14k with a strict sandwich leave policy. Taking leave on Monday or Friday results in three days of salary deduction (about ₹1800 for one day). Employees often work until 3–5 AM, including weekends, with no overtime pay. Yet leave on those same days still results in deductions. After some time, the environment can make you question your own ability and confidence in this industry. As someone who spent over a year here: join only if this is exactly the experience you’re looking for.
