Pros

Challenging - Entertaining - Creative - Ballsy! Approachable & Inspiring Speedy growth ( From 6 to 16 people in less than 2 years if I'm not accurate) Tone of voice: Direct & Straight to the point: Effective & saves all the backs & forths - High standard of service! Large & varied skill set ( Highly technical yet highly Top level too and anything in between ) Travels the extra mile to achieve great client results & relationships! ( Things can get creative here:) ) Great meat runs! Definitely get your hands on some sirloins! What I liked the most about this company is that they all, with no exception, tried. They tried beating me @ table Tennis (true story) but sadly, no dice!! :) Sorry guys haha

Cons

No dudettes! Employee progress management can improve

Pros

- In general, just a great place to work for. You work here with some of the experts in the industry, for clients who really champion search and in general with nice, down-to-earth people - Wide range of self developed tools, but also industry standard tools and testing opportunities - Culture is really inclusive, everyone is working together and supporting each other to get the best results. - No fluff or large decks, but down to earth, straight forward mentality that makes Indago stand out of the larger agencies and brings actual results. - Great perks, including bonus, 5 extra annual leave days, training budget, plenty of social events - You can really progress through the ranks here, they give juniors all the attention, support and opportunities to become the best in the industry

Cons

- Cannot think of any. I left because I pursued a different career.
