Pros
A lot of friendly people and opportunities for growth. Management cares about its employees, there are a ton of ways to get to know fellow employees, via events and volunteer opportunities or workout and education classes, as well as state of the art gym facilities.
Cons
In some ways, it could be a bit bureaucratic, as with any large company.
