Tuition reimbursement, 401k, health insurance benefits. Decent workplace environment, health focused, innovation and learning centers. Going through several transformations and becoming leading Blue in the region. Perfectly ripe to get in and work for a changing company
Cons
Lack of work life balance No longer offering pension Several transformations resulting in job losses as company becomes lean and efficient but healthy severance and notices/rehires/retraining
