Management is all over the place. No alignment, no support for teams doing the work, unrealistic deadlines for projects with unclear scope. Company has really gone downhill since being purchased by private equity. The bottom line for the company is all that matters. Employees are treated as disposable resources, continually expected to take on unrealistic workloads. No training is invested back into employees despite regularly expecting employees to take on new work outside the scope of the education or experience. The HR people team is completely unresponsive to employee questions. Terrible severance pay upon layoffs/rebadge restructuring that reduced internal workforce and replaced with contractors.
