Remote work, flexible hours and good PTO, 40lk match and wonderful people at least the ones that haven't left yet
Cons
Chaos in leadership. Most are either super new or temporary and anyone trying to make sense of it gets let go during yet another restructure. Two took place in 2025 and four months after the last one, processes are responsibilities are still not defined. Lots of people let go, lots of people leaving and nobody is getting hired in their place. Any promotions which do happen very often get such a small salary bump that it’s not even worth mentioning. Better off just finding a new job We recently had an employee leave and they didn’t even let her take her 2 weeks of PTO and didn’t pay it out to her either. Basically robbed due of half a months salary
