Pros
By the end of me working with this company, there were few pros left. My job role itself was still great, along with pay and benefits.
Cons
This company seemed to have a habit of introducing new people in randomly titled roles with a constant revolving door, making it difficult to know people and feel like an actual team. You barely had time to get accustomed to how things were set up and they would be changed again. Things felt clunky, micromanaged, and stressful. Their actions rarely matched their words and massive layoffs with zero notice were incredibly heartbreaking for the team members that were bringing so much to the company. Seems like a place that will always prioritize profits over people.
