Pros
You will be hired and trained very quickly
Cons
Don't be fooled by their website or their job postings. This is purely a SALES company. They will be sending you to sell their products door to door, often in unsafe neighborhoods.
The only way to advance in the company is to bring other people on underneath you, hence the pyramid scheme. One of their major selling points to new employees is that they are looking for new "leaders", when every employee that has been there longer than a month is a leader. I was told things like "you can have a family after you retire at 40" with terrifying regularity for a group of people that make less per hour than minimum wage.
They deliberately hide things in the interview, such as the average employee works 80+ hours per week, they have no employee benefits, and if you drive your car to sales locations you won't be reimbursed for your gas or car wear and tear. Your salary will be mostly commission based, and heavily favors the owner and cooperate side.
