Great benefits, medical, dental and 401k

Disorganized. No proper protocol on how to handle situations that arise. People are discouraged, some have been there many years and have lost their lack luster. No motivation, lazy people that don’t want to do their job. Management is slow to handle situations and cause tension in the work place. Beware of the Sales Team.
