Pros

You don't need any expertise! The biggest pro is if you maintain relationship with few so-called close to CEO seniors you enjoy stay in company for years. So not wasting your time I am giving you best tips from 7 years of experience 1. Praise the seniors and ceo eve for their most idiotic decisions 2. Try to be part of there regular weekend party. this builts strongest bond 3. Play sports, if you master in cricket you are the best. 4. At least two times in week, start your work by 5 pm and stay up to 8 or 9 pm - you are very sincere 5. Do delay in lunch by saying that you have client's call 6. Spend more time in roamig out with so-called seniors 7. Take too much smoking and coffee break with so called seniors (on the break show you are pretty concern about some project) 8. Help seniors in managing or arranging events like holy, cricket, navratri functions etc. and when event is done give seniors all credit ! 9. Sacrifice some hours of sundays saturdays staying back in office (don't do anything, it is not required! Your present is enough) 10. Praise the seniors CEO not just publicly but also in between your friends. Most of employees around you are actually informers. Additional tip: 11. They regularly come up with strict rule that you should not use mobile phones and phones should not on your desks. Do not loose you're temper. they do this for many years. Follow rules for 1 or 2 weeks then enjoy again! 11-a. They come up with strict rule of not using Facebook etc. Do not loose your temper again. Follow for 1-2 week enjoy! 11-b. They come up with rule of keeping the records who go out and for how many times! So even if you go down to say to meet your family member for 2 minute, they count it. Don't worry follow that for 1-2 weeks, it is normal then. Surprise is the so-called seniors have no restriction in any of these. 11-c. They come up with ban headphones and earphones. You cannot listen to music (actually it's good). But don't worry again follow 11 a/b! This super ten tips makes you best employee near and dear to seniors. If you are close to bunch of those yes man seniors, you are full safe. Because the CEO see through their eyes. In this way, he do not have vision to difference what is right what is wrong.

Cons

The space is very short to write. Still I write. Clients: Clients should be very much aware of facts that the company employee turnover is very high. The CR (change in requirement) will cost you too much. Be careful for budget and deadlines they give they are master in changing. The word innovation is over used by Indianic. The only place you see innovation is on there tag line, broshure, emails and websites! If it is realy innovative it is actually copied (they say it inspired) from other sources They are software making company but they use third party software for there payroll and HR things. They are making ERP since many years but still employees hate it project managers find bugs even today. They are web designing but use ThemeForest. They have photoshop and graphic designers but they use ShutterStock. Employees: Employees should careful. The bunch of seniors spend more time in clearing the way from hurdels. For them hurdels are employees who rise there voice. So if you don't follow those tips above you are 'hurdle'. Keep your morale ethics creativity at home when working in office. Try focus more those 10 tips. Your technology expertise is not need. Because you learn coding by spending 3 year in company anyway! Many are doing it right now and also in past. Right from toilet to main hall and from recrutment process to incremant and promotion (it never happens though) and your exit everything is very bad. Shocking truths: 1. You never sure when the water in toilets not come! Check before you sit or else manage it 2. You never sure when coakroches are found in drinking water. Bring home water. 3. To cut down electricity bill they off AC in summer. 4. You simply ask to come to the cabin and then informed that you are fired. They fire 100+ very genuine people as they have no money to pay salary. The CEO and close seniors feel sorry about it later! 4. The salary comes in two parts (in bank statement it is not salary but it is credit). Worst record I recall is first installment on 14 or 18 of month and 2nd on 25th or 26th. The scene is same since 3 years. 5. Increment is not sure. Even they do rare, it is never in march as they will lie. It is october or november for that. But if you follow that tips you get it! 6. Indianic internal works have no deadline. If they decide to have something in january they will strech it up to october. Seniors always show that they are busy but they are not. When project is success they take credit and when project is not they blame others. All other senior also show that they are busy but company is in loss since 5 years. If all are busy, how come they are in loss. They tell wrong things. There are more points.

Pros

Get good exposure as freshers. Get to learn a lot as freshers. Flexible work hours.

Cons

- Bad politics internally. - No respect for local people working there. Only outsiders gets attention especially foreign interns. A dog gets more attention and respect than the one who works there. - Hard to grow both professional and financially if you don't understand and be the part of this internal politics. - Internal communication issues and lack of technical project managers. - Handle's deadline and work load unprofessionally. Once project start sinking, top management starts the blame game and no one rally digs into the problem and try to tackle the situation. Normally developers becomes victim of this blame game. - Salary not get credited on time. - CEO of the company is a great man but sometimes it seems that he is totally unaware about the situation and; the complaints and information that are supposed to be pass on to him does not reach to him.
