Don’t expect to get rich

The work can truly be rewarding of you believe in it and what you are doing can make a difference.

The administration does not care about the incarated or the staff who are there to rehabilitate them. Had a coworker get killed and the lack of response by the warden was the last straw for me. If you can get passed that, the next huge issue is the turn over rate and constant understaffed shifts.
