- key personnel are overloaded with work with the talent, competence and attitude of the hired sales assistants in a steep decline for years - very little training for any role these days - key personnel salary is not reflective of the responsibility and expectations - the competence of managers is a Russian roulette - sometimes lack of professionalism in managers, i.e. playing favourites, bullying tactics, depending on the stores - talented and potential people leaving the company - some of the upper management ignore or downright ridicule feedback from stores despite being completely detached from the daily happenings and the customer base
