Internal promotion and opportunities to learn.
Cons
Very high rotation with low income overall across diferent HO positions. High volume of responsabilities, low flexibility and lack of northern Europe mentality. High volume of HQ visitors with narrow minds. Its not a modern company even when you might consider that Zara is cool. The only company´s values are based on long working hours. Sometimes they do healthy stuff like breakfasts . Yearly salary increase around 1-2 %. Mostly of the HO employees have an strong academic background even if they started their career in their stores.
