Company is going down hill very fast, people are leaving like the plague, they have more mince than staff currently at the moment, decisions are being made with no thought just damage limitation. Current CEO is focused on marketing approach and phone appointment making rather than focusing on sales. Any current member of staff needs to leave now before being tarnished with the brand. People were told the "lean management structure" would work, this hasn't been the case let alone the new "Isolve" plan that has been completely forgotten about now. Events are being canned every day without sponsors being told - finance are being told to collect money knowing that events wont happen. I cant not believe a company can operate like this in today's market - for that reason WTG is finished
