The Company has turned around... And run headfirst into the wall
Pros
Whilst I was there the company went through a few management teams, including 3 CEO's. The first CEO was great, and had a great management team in place. A bit of a "work hard play hard" environment, but the company was successful. People were really friendly and the office banter was great.
Cons
Too many changes at senior management level created a lot of unease. Some bad decisions by CEO number 2 included completely changing the management team so that it was filled with his mates and some sycophants. There was no one with industry experience left to give guidance, and spending an extraordinary amount of time giving cliche filled speeches to staff about being "on the bus or off the bus" or "are you a drain or a radiator", resulted in a highly demoralised workforce and hence struggling events. CEO number 3 was completely ineffective and unable to rally the troops after the total battering they'd received from CEO number 2 in order to effect a true "turnaround". False reviews on this website by the current management team would indicate that they're not any different from CEO number 2 and his underhanded tactics.
