Good learning opportunities, but poor organization structure - Associate Research Analyst Industryarc Employee Review

Please don't join this company My seniors warned about salary delay but I did not take this seriously My salary is not credited for 2 months It took 1 year for my fnf to get credited to my account

They don't even give basic insurance to employees pf is not credited on time No form16 too, we cannot file IT returns too on time fnf still he did not credit on time HR is doesn't respond to calls/emails They treat employees as slaves and doing us a favour by giving jobs 5 of us joined from same college through campus placement. Huge mistake of my life is working here

No pros. CEO doesnt reply to emails. I asked about salary delay, Founder venkat reddy promised salaries on time but I got only 1 month salary on time. few months they give 50% salary after 2 weeks

dont ruin your career by joining here. They hire Interns from BITS pilani but dont give them any work. they show lot of demand but only copy paste work from Modor. quality of reports is bad. Clients will ask for refund even if they buy reports. Heard from older employees they closed offices in Pune and Karimnagar
