      Worst company one will ever select

      Not a single one...Pathetic company run by pathetic people

      Cons

      A long list -Dumb top management -No responsibility -Cant pay salary to employees, they took my 2 months salary in the name of PF -Never follows govt laws, PF is mandatory, they deduct PF amount but never gave PF number -If one wishes to ruin their life, time and money, then only join -Idiotic company run by idiotic people -Works by stealing the data from other published articles..dont have their own mind

It would have been very helpful for us if you would have reached out to us while in the organization to ensure any grievances are looked at and solution are provided in time. Please note we have a very open door policy where we encourage people to reach out to Management or HR. We proudly call our self a startup even though we had been in the markets more than 3 years. We had been a Bootstrap Startup company of few individuals and developed into a 170+ organization with good clientele. Any organization will have road bums initially so did we. But it never stopped us in being open to our employees and follow an open culture. We have always encouraged feedback and have strive to improve any shortcomings.       Business Development/Sales role is pathetic

      Pros

      Since it has a start-up environment, you get to learn a lot. Although it's a small company, Decent package is provided. Top management is very friendly in nature and they try to provide all sorts of facilities to their employees. Other than cafeteria, almost all the facilities are available. For research profile, it's a very good place to have a kick start to your career.

      Cons

      At one stage there is nothing new to learn. They don't provide proper training and expect wonders. not so good for sales, since you can't even survive for an year atleast. which effects your career. Since it's a young company, there are no much inbound leads, due to which, entire sales team should get involved in outbound activity (irrespective of their hierarchy level) They don't consider the quality of work. They only consider the number of leads generated and closures. Some jobless people screw others and behave like slaves to the top management fir their survival. They keep changing their sales strategies which are contradictory to the previous ones. Bulk hiring and bulk firing! No incentives.

      Can't think of anything during my stint

      Cons

      1) Hectic work hours with no flexibility or compensation of any sort 2) Meagre stipend 3) No learning opportunity 4) HR policies, mainly, cutting stipend money for late comings irrespective of the overtime you have done. 5) Management (Plays extreme double standards) A lot more.. Do not join this company if you have any dignity for yourself
