Good learning experiences, good work-life balance, very good salary, good HR policies, after you reach home or when you are on leave, you will not get your boss' call
Cons
No work from home, not much interaction with the customers, few domains in the company is very narrow/limited, Bangalore zone has lack of confidence compared to the teams in Germany, not well known to the common people, career growth is slow
