Pros
Work conditions are very good. Decent fast PC, air conditioned rooms and very relaxed coworkers. I only get to know a handful of people so I obviously can't talk for entire Infineon. The pay is very good. Especially when compared to other companies in the area. The food selection in the canteen is very good.
Cons
Food in the canteen got a price raise lately. On top of that it also sometimes tastes a bit old. Other than that it's hard to find any cons, honestly.
