Pros
I had a total illiterate direct manager and despicable teammates but the company in general is run by an upper management who are relatively decent and have their heart in right place... most likely because it is a European company after all and unlike American companies, they don't consider their employees as dispensable napkins.
Cons
Too many middle managers and do-nothing managers who just ride the ride on the back of a few engineers who do the actual work. There are plenty of these antiques who don't even know what they are "managing" or talking about but by talking the talk and playing the charade they get by week after week and meeting after meeting... probably in their heads laughing at everyone!
