Great managers + awesome coworkers, but no place is perfect - Senior Account Executive Infinite Global Employee Review

Pros

They have some really great managers who take the time to work with you on growth areas and are always willing to chat through feedback - managers definitely has your back and want to see you succeed Coworkers are strong, intelligent folks who genuinely care about you in a professional and personal capacity Everyone is always willing to jump in and help, no matter the level – no hierarchy when it's all hands on deck Genuinely care about work-life balance, especially for the more junior folk You will learn a lot, and fast!

Cons

Interesting conversations internally when a colleague who had "such a bright future at the company" (or something similar said about them) departs - almost as if they take personal offense when someone leaves? Overall, culture around departures is sometimes strange A niche within a niche in terms of industry - legal comms is a beast of its own, and within the PR industry, the business model at Infinite is veryyy traditional media relations heavy (not bad necessarily, but something to consider) Pay is pretty ehh, they promote fast when deserved, which looks great and makes one feel accomplished - but on the flip side, often feels like the new and many titles are to distract from proper compensation across all levels

Pros

Good clients with lots of opportunities to generate top-tier media placements. Friendly coworkers.

Cons

1. Lack of Feedback and Transparency: Management provides little honest feedback on performance, leaving employees in the dark about their standing or opportunities for growth. Feedback, when given, feels vague and insincere. 2. Clique-Based Upward Mobility: While good work is appreciated but office politics plays a huge role. If you’re not part of the inner circle, don’t expect to advance. This toxic dynamic fosters a discouraging work environment. 3. Disengaged Senior Staff: There’s zero in-office presence from top management, and their lack of involvement leaves mid-level and entry-level employees feeling like pawns. 4. Exploitative Staffing Practices: The company hires mid- and entry-level employees with seemingly high turnover.
