Pros

- Fairly decent flexibility with hybrid work - Good autonomy to designers and solid ownership - Free lunch everyday really adds up - Work on Call of Duty which still has a huge playerbase. -

Cons

- Not great at growth for individuals - Inconsistent bonus structure can lead to highly ranging salary annually. - Base pay is lower than market because of bonus structure, but bonus is unreliable. - Some high-level executives are completely unwilling to budge on things that players end up hating. - The team culture is incredibly separated and often doesn't interact outside of meetings even within own teams. - Some unnecessary toxic views of other Call of Duty companies.

Pros

- Great leadership - Helpful coworkers - People generally want to do the right thing and are pretty self-motivated

Cons

Like all entertainment companies that grew too big after the covid boost, there was a lot of churn, tons of hiring (that could/should have been internal promotions), and a bunch of wonderful people got overlooked/left behind and eventually left.
