Regarding your work schedule concerns, most employees are very favorable regarding our unlimited time-off policy, which has no pre-set limits. As stated in the policy, it is up to each manager and employee to collaborate regarding time-off requests to accommodate employees whenever possible, while still ensuring the team and work do not suffer. If you feel your manager is operating outside the framework of the policy, we would encourage you to speak confidentially with HR so that your specific concerns can be researched and addressed.
