The president has no clue what he is doing, and it's killing employee morale. Turnover is alarmingly high, and it continues to only get worse. Because of this, employees are given responsibilities they were not hired for. Expletives are thrown about, senior staff are belligerent to the newer folks, and the president can't focus on what truly matters. He wants things done his way, and is blinded by the fact that even the clients are dissatisfied. Don't jump onto this sinking ship.
