Chaotic at best. High stress.

Pros

401k match is 1:1 up to 4%. My paycheck was only late a few times since I have been there.

Cons

Quarterly layoffs. Hemorrhaging clients. CEO thinks he is a developer but his knowledge is about a decade past it's prime. Some managers play favorites. Always reacting, never planning. You can put in 50-60 hours a week but if you have a doctors appointment, you must still charge time. (12 hour day and I was still required to charge an hour of PTO for an appointment) Five different people telling you what you should be working on with zero coordination. Speed is valued AT ALL COSTS above quality.

Great pay and perks. Nice people (mostly). Pizza or Heroes for company meetings. Nice Holiday parties.

Cons

You never know when it will be your last day and very day feels that way. Management is overwhelmed and some are clueless.

Pros

Schedule was not bad. Some nice people, but they are leaving, or preparing to quit.

Cons

The president has no clue what he is doing, and it's killing employee morale. Turnover is alarmingly high, and it continues to only get worse. Because of this, employees are given responsibilities they were not hired for. Expletives are thrown about, senior staff are belligerent to the newer folks, and the president can't focus on what truly matters. He wants things done his way, and is blinded by the fact that even the clients are dissatisfied. Don't jump onto this sinking ship.
