      1. Good product to work on, management in Croatia is good 2. Talented developers and architects in Croatia

      Cons

      1. More politics, than work 2. Everybody is from Amdocs and they do not know the best coding practices or Java 3. Right from the manager, architect, lead to the developer all are from Amdocs forming a mini Amdocs group and mostly they will be given priority for promotions, work, etc 4. HR seems to does not exist, you won't get required documents after you quit infobip. They won't provide you with experience documents, and other financial documents. They say they will send courier after two months but its a dream for everyone who quit infobip. 5. Worst leave policies

      Fast moving, quick decisions, lots of freedom to innovate.

      Cons

      Ownership is a "friends & family" deal, and most decisions are made based on who knows who rather than business needs.
