- No Work life balance, - No good Projects, - Fake promises from Management, - No Flexibility at all, - Hardly any projects where these people are able to retain customers, - No training to employees; - Management (directors and above ) also needs lot of training in terms of Market Knowledge/ People Management.

• Superb work culture for employees who wants to learn & develop • Job Satisfaction & ample amount of opportunity to prove your worth • Salary on time & high salary hike after performance review • Supportive Management as well as helpful colleague • Company takes care of the employees very well in emergency times (health or family issue) • Very good company who seeks a challenging role and reward will await him!

This company is not for non-performers and time pass people! Sometimes too much workload lands on the plate (but it helped me to expand my bandwidth and learn more)
