The very idea behind starting a startup is not understood by these guys. Startup’s generally do not hire people for high pays as they have to save funds for their future uses. However, this startup has full of expensive experienced people doing nothing. The CEO and Founder are not from research background and they know nothing about research still showoff as if they are Michale Porter and Richard Brandson; Their branis are filledup with nonsense. Ofcourse the pays are on time but no variables and PFs paid to any of the employees who left the organisation recently. Flexible working hours: Its a big joke Parking place is extremely indecent NO DATABASE to conduct research Poor learning curve
