Very Pricy for a price sensitive market like India; 70% of revenue comes from one large client General outlook in the market is that of being too expensive and high-end without any quantifiable ROI generated Horrible work environment No HR policies/leaves/reimbursement; runs and changes on the whims and fancies of the India management i.e. one (and only) employee working for the last 10 years Sales incentives from 2020, till date not cleared Forced to come to the office during Covid throughout 2020 No India registered office; exists as part of a shell company (Offer Letter/ Pay slips will be from the shell company) No expansion plan; one employee working for the last 10 years General environment is that of fear, animosity & insecurity in India
