Pros
Rewarded for doing well. Leadership have long tenure and belief in the company. Everyone tries to treat each other well. Good place to learn sales best practices. Room to work closely with colleagues. Solid product-market fit. Hybrid working environment. Lots of sales enablement material. Increased investment into product/campaign/operational support this year.
Cons
Increased micromanagement this year. Often hard to prove success of campaigns, but that's an issue across the entire industry. 9 hour work days are pretty common. Not an issue for sales reps, but campaign managers often seem overloaded. No clear career path, quite vague.
