Initial compensation and impression of the company may seem unbelievable. It's a great place to work if you enjoy compensation despite lack of personal performance and with no real career growth opportunities. It is very easy to improve your standing with leadership if you feed them gossip about the your coworkers who they do not like. It will be easy to tell who they don't like. There are senior employees at the lower level of the company that will try to influence your opinions of your coworkers at every opportunity.
Cons
All "leadership" at the top level of Infors USA is self interested and uninvolved in everything but company gossip and "working" from home. Negative work environment due to the toxic culture created by the "leadership" level of the company. If you are under the age of 50, want to work in an environment with career growth potential, and want to do so in an environment where you are respected by your coworkers and the people you work under, this is not the company for you. It is a manufacturing company selling an engineered product, run by sales and marketing, and there isn't one legitimate engineer working for the US company right now. If you work in manufacturing with little to no skillsets to speak of, and you are looking for a place to do the bare minimum until you retire, this is your place. That's the example that leadership is setting.
