Pros
Has the potential to be a good company, products are good, although sometime can miss the mark as a bit out of touch with what the customer wants,Swiss are helpful good colleagues in Switzerland and the UK at peer level.
Cons
Management are terrible, they bully, commissions are never paid as promised, there is a high turnover of staff, especially on the sales side, moral is low due to this. be very wary about this employer.
