Pros
When InfoVista wa s a French company the team spirit and sense of purpose was beyond compare. The salary and benefits were awesome. Management were focused , honest and to the point.
Cons
As the company was sold/merged with multiple other companies it lost its focus and became a huge heap of confusion and politics. No one in the organisation knows what to do or how to do it. Friend of friends get senior positions and are clueless
