      Pros

      When InfoVista wa s a French company the team spirit and sense of purpose was beyond compare. The salary and benefits were awesome. Management were focused , honest and to the point.

      Cons

      As the company was sold/merged with multiple other companies it lost its focus and became a huge heap of confusion and politics. No one in the organisation knows what to do or how to do it. Friend of friends get senior positions and are clueless

      this is a company where you have the freedom to really make a difference, and one where you will learn a lot if you keep you eyes and ears open for opportunity

      this is a company which has a very hardworking culture, with a high rate of change and growth in complexity, which can be difficult for some people
