Pros
Great way to start a career in IT. Continuing to learn new technologies as they arise in the market place. Great relationships with manufacturers and other partners. Team atmosphere even though there are 4 different offices. More strategic selling rather than quick close sales. Leadership is very willing to help and is readily available.
Cons
More technical training for the sales reps with the engineers. Clearer roles within the company for engineers. Create an onboarding department for projects and MSP. Have implementation engineers that are the project managers so sales reps can keep selling.
