High staff turnaround Very very toxic management and environment feel belittled all the Time Unfairness and discrimination runs high If you don't agree with directives or find it unfair you are bullied Management and supervisors are basically all family so do wrong by one u have to take a lot of abuse and harassment Very very Mentally/physically draining Breaks are not long enough for the workload and strain they put you through List goes on and on
